Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Tanzania Dr.
Alberic Kacou giving out a statement on occasion of the launch of the
Technology and Innovation Report 2012 where he said the report is timely
in the development context as there is increasing evidence that there
can be no sustainable development without efforts to build innovations
capabilities, which are gradually created and sustained through
technologies.

Wangwe presenting the 2012 report on Technology and innovation saying
that the report presents a frame work South-South collaboration
presented as a set of five guiding principles to enable developing
countries to benefit from the South-South Trend and make a significant
process towards industrial development.
